What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, AMEX and Maestro. All the big boy credit card providers. None of that klarna nonsense though.
How do I know my order has gone through broski?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. Please bear in mind, it might end up in your junk folder! Because we use Royal Mail, we cannot offer live tracking on all orders that we ship, but if you have any problems, please drop us an email.
Order Process Time
How long until my order gets dispatched lads? What happens after I buy?
I get this a lot. I aim to process and dispatch most orders within 48hours of purchase. You will also immediately receive an order confirmation email, which will contain all the important stuff. Sometimes these go straight into your junk/spam folder, so keep an eye out. HOWEVER please note, if you have ordered a t shirt, jumper, hoody, I make these to order, so please allow an additional 2-4 working days if you are ordering a t-shirt, just in case!
You will receive two emails - an order confirmation, and a shipping confirmation.
*Again, please bear in mind all clothes are made to order - and so as a result will take longer to be processed*

Lovely. All our orders are shipped from the same location in London using Royal Mail Second Class (not tracked, but tracked upon delivery). For most parts of the UK, orders should arrived fwesh at your doorstep within 2-5 days from the shipping email notification, however please allow a couple extra days before getting in contact, due to currently delayed times with strikes messing with all plans (solidarity, comrades).
Please note - this is from when an order is processed, not when you place your order. The shipping email might end up in your spam as well, as they're automated emails!

For everyone living in the EU, unfortunately because the UK left the EU and is run by a load of morons, we now have to pay loads to actually ship to you. Furthermore, there is a much higher chance of orders getting lost through customs etc. I don't want to remove shipping to the EU, so have applied the cheapest tracked post that is offered by the Royal Mail. Brexit does mean brexit, and this has played absolute havoc with shipping costs and times. Cheers, flagshaggers.

Yes mate - if you select your shipping destination at checkout, it should be possible! Costs & times are obviously a bit more, but you should be all good! In the words of a wise man “When I say Mr. Worldwide, it's because we're all around the world" (Pitbull, 305BC). Again as above, since leaving the EU the cost of postage has dramatically increased within the UK, and so the high costs reflect the price of tracked postage to your final destination.
Do I need to pay customs?
I do not agree with it, however, I do not make the rules. For some countries, yes. I don't really understand it, and I'm a little hungover as of writing this message, however as we ship from the UK, some EU countries require customs to be paid when you receive the item. There's no way I can cover this in my fees, as the consumer has to pay it - and I also have no idea how much it costs. Good knowledge I know, but it is so variable. Blame Nigel Farage, the C*rling cuckold himself.

Good question m8. Please ensure you consult the size chart before you order. It should be pretty straight forward. However, if your order arrives and it's way off, drop us an email and I'm sure we can sort something out 🤝
Furthermore, we can only offer refunds or exchanges if the item is returned in the same condition.
What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?
We strive to ensure goods leave us in the best condition however if your item is damaged in transit, please drop us a dime on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please contact email@example.com and include your order number and email address. I was probably hungover when packaging your order, sorry x

Sorry about that m83, firstly, lets find the tracking link in one of the order notification emails and look at the tracking log. Royal Mail should be pretty decent in normal times, but this post-Brexit-broken-Britain-tory-chaos, shipping times are estimates only. Please allow an extra few days than what's stated on the order confirmation just in case. If it still hasn't shown, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Why was my order returned to sender?
Let's be honest, we've all done a drunk/hungover purchase haven't we? Be it takeaway at 2am and falling asleep whilst the deliveroo driver is knocking on the door (true story, and he kept my food too), or ordering one of my tees, something we get things wrong.
You would be surprised how many of my orders are sent back to me as the address details are entered incorrectly. Please ensure you put the correct details in at checkout! Full name and address, not just 'me' as your name please (you would be surprised how often this occurs).
